Service Provision

Fast and accurate administration of our schemes is achieved by the specialised knowledge and ability of our staff, and the close relationships with our clients.

We promptly settle the vast majority of claims direct with providers, providing a full audit trail and analysis capability through our own propriety claims management software.

If you are a specialist or hospital provider and have any queries with regard to a specific scheme, please refer to the relevant Account Managers.

If you are a specialist or hospital provider and have a query related to pricing or your contract with us, please contact us on +44 208 770 0333 (24 hours) where our staff will be able to help you further.

If you are a new treament provider and have any queries, please contact the relevant account manager.

Please note that our normal office hours are 9 – 5.30 Monday to Friday although we do operate a 24 hour switchboard; if you call outside of normal hours, our switchboard will be able to help with:

  • Pre-notifications of treatment for professional sports people
  • General enquires where you will be asked to leave details of the enquiry to be forwarded onto the relevant Account Managers at the earliest opportunity.
